Our Lake City/Gainesville portfolio is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to grow with us. You'll be supported by a dedicated Operations Support Group, earn performance bonuses, and have real upside through commission on new management agreements and real estate transactions

We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our expanding team! Assisted by the dedicated Operation Support Group, this person will help plan and facilitate all Property Management-related activities within their assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage an assigned portfolio of properties/single family homes
  • Earn Bonuses for new Lease Ups and/or Renewal of current Residents
• Earn commission by growing property base (new Management Agreements and Listing/Purchase RE Closings) through savvy sales and marketing efforts
• Perform necessary Visual Property Inspections (Move-in/Move-out) to help ensure integrity and condition of the unit
• Employ sound marketing techniques to help minimize vacancies and increase positive cash-flow
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion with the assistance of the Maintenance Coordinator/Operation Support Group
• Manage the various aspects of Tenant Relationships as the official liaison for Landlord/Brokerage

Qualifications:

• Real Estate Sales License
• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with investors, tenants and vendors
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is plus
