Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

KELLY PEDIATRIC THERAPY is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for a local school district in Havre de Grace, MD . We have full-time and part-time opportunities available , offering flexibility based on your availability and career goals.

This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting. You’ll work with students across the K–12 population , helping them develop communication skills and reach their academic and personal goals.

Position Highlights

• School-based setting serving students in grades K–12
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Collaborative environment with teachers, school staff, and other related service professionals
• Provide speech and language evaluations, treatment, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ educational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and school teams

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Maryland SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• CF candidates are welcome to apply!
• Pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed
