Crew Member - Cashier

Position Overview: As a Crew Member , you’ll be responsible for a variety of front- and back-of-house tasks , from preparing food to serving guests and keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service. Food Preparation: Assist with prepping, assembling, and serving food according to restaurant standards. Cashier Duties: Take orders, process payments, and handle transactions accurate (if applicable). Maintain Cleanliness: Keep workstations, dining areas, and restrooms clean and organized. Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Stock & Replenish: Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed. Follow Safety & Food Guidelines: Adhere to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations. What We’re Looking For: Positive Attitude: Friendly, outgoing, and ready to work hard. Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to handle busy shifts. Team Player: Works well with others in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Willing to learn and take on different tasks. Customer Service Skills: Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required. Compensation This position pays $13.75-$15.25 per hour, based on experience. Raises are tied to skill attainment. This position has a strong track record of receiving an additional $4 per hour in tips, on average. That means your total compensation for this position is approximately $17.75-$19.00 per hour. Requirements To qualify for this position, you must have held a previous position working in a team environment or otherwise have participated in an organized team sport or activity.
