Apply today!Job DescriptionThe Technology Directorate is seeking a Database Administrator/Developer to support the irradiation testing community through maintenance and development of an existing Oracle database. The position will report to the manager of the Irradiations & Sensors (I&S) unit in the Core Materials, Manufacturing & Irradiations (CMMI) department. We are seeking a database engineer to join our team to aid in the development and maintenance of the ATRITD, database that supports the research development of materials at the Advanced Test Reactor. Specific duties include:Administering and optimizing an Oracle database and APEX environments supporting engineering workflows, including schema management, performance tuning, troubleshooting, back-up/recover, security, and promotion access across development/testing/production.
