Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, accurately document treatments and patient progress, educate patients and families, and uphold a respectful, patient‑centered, and evidence‑based care environment.
