Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a busy clinic team. The LPN will provide direct patient care, assist with clinical procedures, monitor patient conditions, administer medications as directed, and support providers and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.


Available Shifts

2:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Monday - Thursday
10:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Rotating days
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM: WEO - Friday, Saturday & Sunday


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients under the direction of physicians and other qualified healthcare providers.
Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Assist physicians and other providers with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
Perform routine nursing procedures within the scope of practice.
Collect specimens and perform or assist with basic laboratory testing as required.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation.
Educate patients regarding medications, treatments, follow-up care, and other healthcare instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Follow infection-control procedures, patient privacy requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Communicate professionally with patients, families, providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
Assist with clinic operations and perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Current and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Must be able to work the assigned shift, including rotating schedules and/or weekends as applicable.


Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to assist with patient movement and positioning as required.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift as necessary to perform essential job duties.
Ability to respond appropriately to patient needs and clinical situations.
