Required Skills:

• Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications through AHA
• Proven ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform point-of-care testing and adapt to changing situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in critical care or emergency settings
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC
• Additional certifications in specialty areas
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 2 years of critical care experience preferred

• Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Ability to travel and adapt to different hospital settings
