Here's your opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic team-oriented environment with exposure to a variety of state-of-the art applications each day.Responsibilities include:Lead line and operational performance analysis to identify output and cycle time improvement opportunitiesMaintain capacity modeling data integrity via engineering change control monitoring and frequent communication with tool owners to ensure model readinessGather and understand information required to perform capacity analysis and production impactStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Performing capacity analysis, cost analysis and operational “what-if” analysis to support capital investment and operational decision makingOptimize equipment run schedule to maximize asset utilization and outputCollect and validate operational performance data via strong analytic methods on automation and system logs to analyze throughput impact of various process requirementEffectively interact across all the different departments and groups to drive execution plansProactively analyze factory execution entitlement through utilizing predictive modeling techniques to drive operational performanceAnalyzing and maintaining large data setsLeverage operational data to identify performance trends, propose leading indicators, and provide predictive information to support execution decisions.Analyze complex operational challenges involving multiple stakeholders, driving towards optimal solutions in a complex and dynamic manufacturing environmentIdentify operational gaps, lead problem formulation, determine root cause, and implement creative and effective solutionsAutomating data extraction and manufacturing processesDetermining starts and mixes that we can support for the current time period and for the future look-ahead based on our capacity, constraints, available tools, tool performance and future process releases scheduled in our factoryProviding a list of short-term and long-term focused toolsets for the modules to work on Identifying opportunities to improve cycle time and increase our capacity models' ability to support operational decision makingPerforming equipment loading studies and determining methods for flow linearization and reduction in variationInterfacing with engineering, manufacturing, and planning/coordinating the release of new methods, flows, and processesEstimating manufacturing cost, determining time standards, and making recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing process flowsWhy TI?Engineer your future. Ability to work and interact equally with all fab disciplines and all levels of fab organization. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
