As a Lounge Cocktail Server of Lola Rose Grand Mezze, you are responsible for submitting and presenting guest beverage selections. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our menu. Servers engage in casual conversation and must maintain an attractive setting. Their style and service attributes are key to creating the guest experience.This is a fast-paced position with constant customer interaction.

T his is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $16.90 plus additional gratuity. This is theannualhourly ratefor this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expectsto pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based ona number offactors includingexperience,and education.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Must have physical stamina to lift 50lbs.
  
  
• Must display full menu, food, beverage (Liquor, wine, beer & NA Bev), allergen and product knowledge
  
  
• Must have open availability
  
  
• Riverside County's Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
  
  
• Must be over the age of 21
