• Shift: Night shifts (1830-0700), 3x12-hour shifts with fixed or rotating weekends
• Hours/week: 36
• Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
• Licensure/Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in cardiac, vascular, and transplant; 1 year CVOR experience; Level I Trauma experience

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care in cardiac, vascular, and transplant surgical settings
• Assist with perioperative patient management, including pre-op and post-op care
• Scrub in for complex cardiovascular procedures utilizing EPIC charting system
• Support a variety of thoracic and vascular surgeries
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently

What You Need

• Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
• 2+ years' experience in cardiac, vascular, and transplant nursing
• 1 year of CVOR experience in a Level I Trauma facility
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency in general OR, cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant nursing
• Experience with EPIC charting system (preferred but not required)

Preferred:

• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
