Nutrition Services Aide

As a Nutrition Services Aide – Patient Meals at Encompass Health, you support recovery for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital by ensuring they receive safe, accurate, and timely meals. Working closely with dietitians, nursing, and kitchen staff, you assemble trays according to prescribed diets, allergies, and patient preferences, verify patient identification, and deliver meals with courtesy and compassion. You follow strict food safety and infection-control standards, maintain clean and organized work areas, and help with restocking and dishroom tasks.
