Job Description Job Description About the Role Jeffcoat & Associates is hiring an experienced Lead Chiller Technician to join our growing commercial HVAC team. This role is ideal for a senior-level tech who can lead service work, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior technicians while delivering high-quality service to clients.
