We're seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our service team. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn the operational side of a service organization. What You'll Do Answer customer calls and service requests Keep customers updated on service status Support scheduling and dispatch operations Coordinate with technicians and internal teams Help ensure an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For Customer service or office experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
