As our Insurance Account Representative for Chris Greaver State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations, growth, and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current and fully licensed producer in both Property and Casualty and Life and Health or experience as a State Farm Agent team member (please see our Account Associate and Account Representative positions and other job posts if not fully licensed).
• Driven by Growth - We are seeking individuals who thrive in a base-plus-commission environment. If you are motivated by financial incentives, want control over your earning potential, and view commission as a reward for your hard work rather than a risk, you will excel in this role.
• Background in customer engagement or solution-focused roles is a plus.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
