Facade Project Manager

Project Manager – Facade / Glazing Our client is a recognized facade organization with a proven track record of success. We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with strong glass and glazing/facade project management experience and a passion for success/upward mobility. All other trades will not be considered. Qualifications and Experience Required 0-5+ years of Project Management experience in Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, Sunshades / Screens, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylight projects. Unitized Curtainwall experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and make critical decisions. Experience managing a project from acquisition of contract through close‑out, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close‑out documents. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and schedules to understand architectural intent. Experience with project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating software. Track record of finalizing projects under budget and maintaining control of material, equipment, and labor costs. Desire to grow professionally and pursue location or career advancement opportunities. Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel.
