Drive regional Southwest routes with weekly home time, no-touch freight, and a mileage-based pay package. This position is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers seeking consistent regional work and dry van freight. Freight Dry van trailers No driver unload required Primarily drop-and-hook freight Route Southwest regional operation Average 2,240+ miles per week Home Time Weekly 34-hour restart Compensation $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty) Safety incentive: +$0.01 to +$0.03 CPM Additional +$0.01 CPM for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (not required) Daily Responsibilities Drivers are responsible for transporting customer freight safely throughout the Southwest while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, electronic logging, and communication with dispatch throughout each trip. Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience Must be at least 21 years old Must meet DOT qualification requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits Paid orientation Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Additional Hiring Information Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered provided all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program.
