Polysomnographic Technologist – 13-Week ContractSpecialty: Polysomnographic Technologist / Sleep LabSchedule: Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 PM–7:30 AMContract: 13 weeksExperience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the specialtyRequired Certification: AHA BLSProfessional Credential: Current, unrestricted RPSGT certification/registration preferred or required per facility guidelinesLocal Candidates: Must reside more than 50 miles from the facilityResponsibilities: Prepare patients and equipment for sleep studies, monitor polysomnograms, and document testing according to established protocolsPatient Population: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patientsSkills: Strong knowledge of sleep disorders, sleep activity, abnormalities, movement arousals, and respiratory patternsHoliday Requirement: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays — Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day — AND 1 minor holiday — Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
