Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their family members
• Conduct bedside shift reports and build personal connections with patients
• Include patients and family members in their plan of care
• Operate equipment such as IV pumps, telemetry, and EKG machines
• Manage tasks like starting IVs, basic wound care, and maintaining surgical drains

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Experience in Med/Surg, with skills in prioritizing care and multitasking
