Job Summary Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN Cardiac Cath Lab for an assignment in Tacoma, Washington. Job Details Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Location: Tacoma, Washington Schedule: 0700-1730; 10‑hour shifts Responsibilities Provide specialized nursing care in a pediatric catheterization laboratory, supporting complex diagnostic and interventional procedures. Assist with left/right heart catheterization, PDA/VSD/ASD closures, septostomy, congenital structural stenting and ballooning, collateral closure, pacemaker implant and generator exchanges, loop recorder implant/removals, and EP study with radiofrequency ablations for SVT, WPW, atrial tachycardia, and PVC. Qualifications Valid BLS, PALS certifications; NIHSS certification preferred. Washington state or compact RN license. Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric cath lab (prior experience preferred). Experience with pediatric diagnostic and interventional procedures as described above. EMR experience preferred (EPIC Cupid). Monitoring experience preferred (PACS: Picom; Hemodynamic: Merge; C‑arm: Siemens Artis). Additional Information No float rotation required. Weekend rotation involves call only, 1–2 weekends per month (anticipated every 3rd week). On‑call shifts include 7 shifts within a 2‑week pay period; weekday calls from evening to early morning and weekend calls from Friday evening to Monday morning. Response time is 45 minutes; no sleep room available. Scrubs are provided by the hospital, including lead. Benefits Private housing or generous housing allowance.
