Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing department
Ensure high standards of resident care and clinical quality
Support, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and clinical staff
Oversee staffing, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
Work closely with facility leadership to promote strong clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Director of Nursing (DON):
Previous Director of Nursing (DON) experience preferred
Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
