Weekend shifts are running 24/7 for the foreseeable future. We will need multiple people to help cover, but we want CONSISTENCY. No one is expected work every weekend, so we can do every other or help balance. We don't want burnout! Rotating the same persons for care. Nice lady, needing assistance for incontinence, housework, and companionship. Good organizational skills to help with some projects. She will need assistance with all transfers. (We consider ALL applicants for all openings) Clients join our family on any given day. We strive to give our clients consistency with the same Assistant, so that both the Client and Assistant can form their own relationship and routine. To their needs and your own work-life balance.
