MIG Welder Opportunities

Growing manufacturing company seeking to hire multiple MIG welders to join their team!

We currently have openings on 1st (M-F) and 2nd (M-TH) shifts.

All openings are full-time, long term roles with full benefits available after completion of probation period.

Candidates will be working in the welding shop doing MIG welding on mild steel products based on blueprint specifications. Candidates will also be helping out in other areas in the shop as needed (robotic welding, fabricating, etc.)

We are looking for candidates with 1+ year of MIG welding experience OR related education.

Pay is based on previous experience, skill level, and weld test! 2nd shift also pays more after the shift differential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paynesville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
