Jr. Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Jr. Staff Accountant for our client in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid, contract (approx. three months) position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform account and intercompany reconciliations, manage fixed assets (schedules) and review transactions
• Perform accounts receivable processes including collections and billing
• Manage financial reporting
• Automate processes as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• 3+ years of full cycle accounting (GAAP) experience required
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
• AI savvy
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel)

Pay Rate

• $23-25/hr.
