Obsidian is seeking Building Code & Permitting Specialists to enhance their AI capabilities in streamlining construction permitting. Candidates will apply their expertise in building codes and jurisdiction requirements to assist in model training and validation tasks.The role includes reviewing construction documents and ensuring that AI outputs align with jurisdictional codes. Ideal candidates will have background experiences in permit expeditions, architecture, or government reviewing.This position is part-time, with initial efforts targeted at 5 hours per week, focusing on candidates with expertise in specific jurisdictions.J-18808-Ljbffr
