We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor (Every other Weekend 7a-7pm) to join our team at Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, developing and implementing patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work every other weekend, providing 12-hour shifts, and participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate patient care activities, including developing and implementing patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with latest clinical practices
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• RN Supervisor (Every other Weekend) 7a-7pm
• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Ability to work every other weekend, with 12-hour shifts
