Environmental Services Technician

Role and Responsibilities: Restock restroom supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. Clean and sanitize clinic spaces including classrooms, bathrooms, and hallways Collect and dispose of trash from all areas of the facility Maintain cleanliness of exterior walkways and building entrances Ensure all restrooms are operational and address basic maintenance needs (training provided) Perform routine checks and upkeep of cleaning equipment such as vacuums (training provided) Organize and maintain all janitorial and maintenance storage areas Keep a detailed inventory of supplies and notify the Facilities Director when reordering is necessary Report directly to the Facilities Director Qualifications Prior experience in facility or janitorial maintenance Strong organizational skills and ability to manage physical space effectively Reliable and punctual, with flexibility for emergency response as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods Responsive to the needs of the clinic and staff, with good communication skills Capable of managing multiple tasks and completing assignments promptly Pay $17.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected Hours 40 per week Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401k plan Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Schedule 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate Must be able to commute to McKinney, TX #J-18808-Ljbffr Behavior Network
