Support editorial calendaring, planning, and data accuracy. Publish content across social media platforms. Partner with channel teams to quality check content and align on project deadlines. Manage daily pre-production, production, and post-production timelines. Assist with service agreements, purchase orders, licensing, and release documentation. Review and update budgets and production schedules, providing recommendations when changes are needed. Maintain team resources and documentation. Coordinate content workflows with freelancers and external partners. Support transcription and translation services. Assist with equipment and media shipping logistics. Track equipment inventory and rentals. Manage media archiving and organization. Conduct quality assurance reviews of final deliverables. Assist with editorial research and project development.
