PLC Systems Engineer (TK34728)

One of our client, International Manufacture is seeking a Controls Systems Engineer with strong experience in PLC programming and a background in automotive manufacturing . You will join a high-performing engineering team to design, test, troubleshoot, and deploy advanced control systems for automated production environments. Responsibilities Program and troubleshoot PLC s for manufacturing systems Support field installation and commissioning of control systems (including DeviceNet, CC-Link, Etherne t) Work on-site with clients and engineering teams Provide technical support to software developers by running and maintaining test environments Interpret and modify wiring and schematic diagrams Serve as a lead engineer on-site, working independently to resolve issues Collaborate with other engineers to identify and resolve system-level challenges other assigned tasks Qualifications Minimum 5 yea rs of PLC programming experience – PLC requir ed (Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron) in Production Control Systems, Washing/Machining/Stamping Processes, Traceability and Monitoring Systems in the automotive manufacturing industries Deep understanding of industrial wiring (photoelectric sensors, limit switches, etc.) and experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics Knowledge of “Device Net”, “CC-Link”, “Ethernet” etc PLC troubleshooting and debugging experience Bachelor's degree i n Electrical Engineeri ng , Mechatroni cs , Industrial Automati on, or equivalent Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required Ability to travel and work in client sit es if necessary for 2-3 weeks Knowledge o f Industry 4 .0 , I oT , N EC, an d UL compliance is a plu Experience in factory automation While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds if needed.
