Must have current CPR certification.Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields.Experience in a long-term care setting a plus.Ability to build rapport with patients.Compassionate and caring demeanor.All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
