What You Will Do You are the first person a contractor sees when they walk in and the last impression they take with them. Your job is to make both count. Serve the trade with confidence. You help technicians and contractors identify the right part, solve product questions in real time, and move fast without sacrificing accuracy. HVAC and refrigeration product knowledge is a strong advantage, and we will build on what you already know. Manage the counter with precision. You enter sales orders, process transactions, handle returns, credits, and warranty claims, and keep the front-end running cleanly even when volume is high and customers are stacked up. Pull your weight on the floor. This is a hands‑on environment. You assist with stocking, inventory counts, and helping customers load product safely. The counter and the warehouse are one operation, and everyone contributes. Build relationships that last. Contractors have options. They come back to us because of people like you. You treat every interaction as an opportunity to earn loyalty, not just close a transaction. Qualifications Who We Are Looking For We will train on our systems and products. We cannot train character, work ethic, or the instinct to do things right. Bring those. Preferred Qualifications Experience at a parts counter, supply house, or trades‑adjacent environment Familiarity serving HVAC technicians, refrigeration contractors, mechanics, or similar trade professionals Comfort with product lookups, order entry, and fast‑paced counter operations Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Customer service experience in a hands‑on, high‑volume environment Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, order processing, and point‑of‑sale or inventory systems Clear, professional, and patient communication under pressure Strong attention to accuracy and the judgment to ask when unsure Self‑directed work ethic with no need for constant supervision Physical Requirements This is an active, on‑your‑feet role in a counter and warehouse environment.
