Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Role Overview: A registered nurse with clinical experience in similar settings provides independent, comprehensive care, both routine and complex, by utilizing the nursing process. The role involves managing patient care, assessing needs, administering medications, monitoring treatment effectiveness, documenting patient information, and educating patients and families. Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care aligned with standards and competencies, address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure thorough documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; current RN license, BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications required; specialized certifications such as FHM or NCC C-EFM are advantageous. Additional Requirements: Complete onboarding and annual competency validations; attend orientation, and obtain necessary certificates within specified grace periods. Key Duties: Administer treatments, perform assessments, educate patients and families, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols in a full-time role scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM. #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
