Senior Finance Manager/Controller

District Partners has been engaged on a confidential search for a Senior Finance Manager/Controller to join a growing manufacturing organization at a pivotal stage of transformation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and continuously improve the company's manufacturing finance function, serving as the key bridge between Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology
• Take ownership of costing methodologies, inventory accounting, margin analysis, manufacturing KPIs, and operational reporting
• Drive ERP optimization initiatives, ensuring systems are fully leveraged to support business growth, visibility, and decision-making
• Evaluate and improve workflows across the entire manufacturing lifecycle—from receiving raw materials through production, inventory management, and customer fulfillment
• Identify automation opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement scalable processes that improve both financial accuracy and operational performance
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics that provide leadership with real-time visibility into profitability, production performance, inventory trends, and business drivers
• Partner closely with plant leadership and operational teams to improve controls, strengthen data integrity, and support strategic decision-making
• Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory movement, labor utilization, and production metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement
• Play a leadership role in broader finance transformation, systems enhancement, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization
