Company Driver | Dry Bulk Location: Washington, PA Company: Schneider Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Tanker Driver Instructor Home time: Daily Experience: 12 months or greater CDL experience Job responsibilities Coach, mentor and onboard new drivers. Perform hands-on training in the classroom and in the truck. Train drivers on safety, hours of service, trip-planning, workflow, tablet, policies and procedures. Act as a safety advocate and driver retention ambassador for the organization. Teach driving skills that align with Schneider’s guidelines and materials. Show drivers how to use Schneider’s electronic tablets and workflow system. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. Evaluate and provide updates on candidates who are not meeting expectations. Prepare drivers for a safe and rewarding career at Schneider. Pay and bonus potential Competitive starting annual salary. Driver qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). DOT physical card. Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience. Tanker endorsement required at time of hire. HazMat endorsement required after starting - Schneider's self-paced online certification training will help you secure it. Live within 50 miles of Coraopolis, PA.
