\n Position Highlights \n

  \n Schedule: 3–5 days per week (flexible)\n

\n
• \n

  \n Patient Volume: Flexible, based on provider preference\n

\n
• \n

  \n Clinical Mix: Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology (flexible, tailored to the provider’s interest)\n

\n
• \n

  \n APP Supervision: Not mandatory, but available for those who are interested\n

\n

\n \n

\n Compensation & Incentives \n

\n

\n
• \n

  \n Base Guarantee: $350,000 – $400,000 (based on number of days worked)\n

\n
• \n

  \n Collections Model: \n

\n
\n
• \n

  \n In addition to the base salary, Dermatologists will earn varying levels of collections incentives, up to 50% over a certain threshold\n

  \n Total Annual Compensation: Highly competitive, with top earners well above market averages\n
