TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Portland, Maine, 04102!

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Interventional Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology License: RN Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience in cardiac catheterization, angiograms, and interventional radiology cases such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, and nephrostomy tubes. Experience in the administration of sedation and recovery of sedation patients. Experience in arterial access recovery. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team. Description: As soon as possible start needed. Manager interviews will be conducted. The facility has 70 licensed beds and includes 5 bays and 1 procedure room. Inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patient types will be discussed during the interview. There will be a weekend rotation requirement of once per month. Requests for time off require manager approval. On-call duties will be expected, with a schedule of 1 night per week from 4 PM to 6 PM and rotating weekends. Holiday expectations will also be discussed during the interview. Scrub color will be procedural and provided.
