Event Setup Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Event Setup Assistant to support promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a hands-on environment, interacting with people, and helping create engaging event experiences that support promotional and sales goals. Responsibilities * Assist with setting up promotional events, displays, and event areas. * Organize promotional materials, supplies, and equipment. * Help prepare event spaces before activities begin. * Support customer engagement and promotional activities during events. * Assist with maintaining an organized and welcoming event environment. * Support event breakdown and organization after activities conclude. * Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. * Participate in ongoing sales, event, and professional development training. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Energetic, dependable, and positive attitude. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Reliable and attentive to detail. * Comfortable interacting with customers in person. * Goal-oriented and willing to learn. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
