Use our dealership software to review the daily service appointments an identify high-potential upgrade targets, such as customers with high mileage, older vehicle models, or equity in their current car. Perform basic walk-around inspections of customer vehicles while they are in the shop. Introduce customers to newer models and explain the benefits of exchanging their vehicle (e.g., lower maintenance costs, better fuel efficiency, updated tech, active warranties). Follow up with service customers via phone and email to schedule future exchange consultations. Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership. Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process. Assists the used-vehicle department with trade appraisals as needed. Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions. Attends managers meetings as requested. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements Qualifications/Requirements - Vehicle Exchange Manager : 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or entry-level sales (automotive experience is a plus but not required) Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new and used vehicle purchase and finance department Strong communications skills, team oriented Computer proficient Professional appearance and demeanor Resume must be uploaded for immediate consideration Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen We are an equal opportunity employer.
