Managed Mobile is looking for an advanced level Diesel Technician with a wide breadth of experience who can diagnose and repair light/medium/heavy duty trucks and trailers. The selected candidate will work independently from fully equipped service vehicle including a smart phone, iPad, computer diagnostic equipment, air compressor, air welder/generator, A/C recovery machine, lifting and supporting devices, safety equipment and all supplies and parts necessary to complete assigned work. The selected candidate will perform scheduled services and repairs with a well-thought out approach, adhering to industry best practices and all company safety policies and procedures.

Repair Technician Responsibilities/Duties:

Perform inspections and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and maintenance for light, medium and heavy duty trucks, trailers and equipment including all major vehicle systems: engine, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and computer diagnostics;

Operate a fully equipped and functional mobile service vehicle, delivering service to customer locations throughout the Dallas/Ft Worth area.

Respond throughout the day to different tasks as dictated by the changing demands and needs of the business;

Able and flexible to work an average of 8-10 hours per week of overtime

Repair Technician Qualifications:

Highly proficient in troubleshooting and computer diagnostics

Strong independent work ethic and responsible character

Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude

Advanced aptitude and ability to perform diagnostics and repairs

Minimum 3 years' experience as an ADVANCED level mechanic / technician

ASE Certification(s) in Medium / Heavy Duty Category preferred

Commercial driver license preferred

Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License

- Clean driving record and responsible and reliable to handle / manage company's assigned items, including but not limited to company credit card.

- High school or equivalent
