The position will initially fulfill a Principal engineering function. This position is intended for a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in the design, development, industrialization, and manufacture of advanced composite aerospace structures. The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with practical manufacturing experience and demonstrated leadership ability.This position will initially work closely with the Vice President of Engineering and other senior leaders to understand the company's technologies, customers, manufacturing capabilities, engineering processes, and strategic objectives. Over time, the individual will be expected to assume increasing responsibility for the engineering organization and broader technical leadership. This is an opportunity for an experienced aerospace professional to become a key member of the company's leadership team and potentially progress into the senior engineering leadership role. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter.
