Please list any anticipated procedures/surgeries the provider will be required to perform and anticipated volumes: Blood draws, arterial sticks, lumbar punctures, nasogastric tube insertions. Description of Work Assignment Manage patient care, round on patients, support providers, communicate with families Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days 12-hour shifts Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours:3 shifts a week, day shifts, (7am-7pm), weekdays, weekends and holidays On call? No Patient Load: 6-10 Board Status Requirement (BC/BE) BC Is there additional support staff? Yes Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom?
