Position Type Full time Weekly Scheduled Hours 40 hours per week Location San Diego, California 92109 Base Pay $41,000 – $57,000 per year The Role As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, recommending the perfect floorplan and outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You will follow through on every lead to ensure that prospective residents know you care. Saturday availability is required, as weekends are the most high‑traffic times for future residents to explore their options. Provide incredible customer service and create a sense of community. Use sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance, including creative campaigns, outreach and social media. Follow‑through on leads with tailored updates about floorplans, new openings and local attractions. Demonstrate a genuine desire to help residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
