Belmont Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. You will monitor nursing care, lead staff, and support the DON in directing the Nursing Department to ensure quality resident care. You will conduct daily resident visits, collaborate with medical staff, residents and families, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide training and leadership to nursing staff in a long-term care setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr CommuniCare Health Services
