What You Will Be Doing

The Financial Management Staff - Level 4 role supports the day-to-day execution of ADP Program Finance activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring program financial integrity through the development, maintenance, and analysis of program cost, schedule, and performance data. The role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting multiple program finance functions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish, maintain, and manage Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs) for assigned programs

- Perform analysis and reconciliation of actual costs against budgets and forecasts

- Develop and maintain Estimate at Complete (EAC) projections in support of program financial planning

- Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including selection and application of appropriate Earned Value techniques

- Perform variance analysis (cost, schedule, and performance) and clearly communicate drivers to leadership

- Utilize enterprise financial and scheduling toolsets such as Deltek, Cobra, and wInsight to execute reporting and analysis activities

- Conduct detailed program cost analyses, including cost allocation and cost control tracking

- Support preparation of financial reports, contractual deliverables, and program performance documentation

- Assist in the development, documentation, and tracking of corrective action plans to address cost and performance variances

- Prepare financial analysis and summaries for presentation to various levels of program and functional leadership

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and contractual requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Management System (EVMS) concepts and application experience

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel.

Financial analysis experience

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Desired Skills:

Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.

Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).

Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).

Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.

Data analysis through use of self-developed queries.

Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.

High degree of interpersonal skills required in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites.

Experience in taking raw data and presenting it in written/oral form for concise management reports.

Experience with formal CPR/IPMR Reporting.

Ability to lead and mentor less senior analysts.

Experience in playing a key role within a cross-functional team composed of many different disciplines.

Minimum 4 years experience with Earned Value.

DoD Secret clearance.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
