Gentle Dental Northgate in Medford is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to work alongside our Exodontist, a dentist focused on tooth extractions and surgical procedures.

Full-Time

$25–$28 per hour, DOE

$750 Signing Bonus

Starting pay is based on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Exodontist and clinical team to support patients before, during, and after extraction procedures. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting during routine and surgical extractions
• Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical setups
• Supporting the doctor throughout procedures
• Helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Following infection control and sterilization protocols
• Working closely with the clinical team to keep patient care running smoothly

Experience assisting with extractions or oral surgery is a plus, but we're also interested in experienced Dental Assistants who are excited to learn and grow their surgical skills.

• Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program
• Valid healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification

• Previous dental assisting experience
• Experience assisting with extractions, oral surgery, or surgical procedures
• EFDA certification
• X-ray certification
• Bilingual Spanish
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), when applicable
