Work from home / work remote 1 to 2 days per week! Job Details As a M&A Lawyer / Debt Finance Associate on our team, we are looking for: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to OH state bar One to three years of experience in finance, corporate, or another related transactional practice preferred.
