Site Reliability Engineer

Qualifications: 8+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, experience, education. Contractor will implement and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (“GCP”) for Snowflake data warehousing. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Snowflake databases and (“ GCP”) to meet performance and scalability requirements.Use Atlassian Jira and Confluence to document business processes and procedures reviewed as part of project deliverables.Provide clear, concise and timely communication to affected parties during the investigation and resolution of any individual or system-side outage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy resilient systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and ability to work effectively with the client, IT management and staff, and other groups in Information Technology, including vendor resources Willingness to work on-site at stated location in the job openingDepartment: Preferred VendorsThis is a contract position
