This is a critical role, and we are looking for reliable, dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team and help our company grow!Responsibilities:Assist in loading and unloading product into vansAssist in unloading freight/product from suppliersAssist in loading and unloading product into delivery vehiclesPicking and packing ordersVerifying and preparing ordersProduct intake assistanceWarehouse organizationPaperwork, printing, labeling - METRC & DispatchInventory cycle countsOccasional communication with brands/clientsGeneral assistance of Operations ManagersRequirements:Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experienceAbility to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twistMust be comfortable using ladders and loading/unloading from top shelvesAbility to work occasional evening/weekend shiftsCannabis experience is a plusBasic math skillsMust be at least 21 years of age or olderExceptional customer service skillsExcellent judgment and work ethicProfessionalism, patience, and process-driven approachAdaptability, low-ego and high attention to detailCan-do attitude and team playerProfessional appearanceTech savvinessCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour, paid weekly.You'll work at the fastest growing cannabis startupMedical/Dental/Vision offered to all full-time employees.Well-rounded co-workers and teammates that are all striving towards the same goal.
