Chicago, Illinois — 3 days onsite per week

$140K–$180K base + annual bonus + comprehensive benefits

This is not a traditional management role.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Own the technical direction and roadmap across multiple applications

- Assess existing platforms for modernization, technical debt and scalability

- Build and ship production applications across a modern full-stack environment

- Help establish engineering processes, support models and technical standards

Ruby

I’m looking for someone who has a strong full-stack engineering background and is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy and ownership .

Previous technical/team leadership experience is highly valuable, as is experience working with HR systems, HRIS/ATS platforms or enterprise integrations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build something from the ground up while still staying close to the technology.
