Direct hire opportunity! Position: Assembler Schedule: Dayshift (6am - 2:30pm) Pay Rate: $19.45-Raise every 3 months (raise amounts & schedule below) Location: Leetsdale, PA

Required Skills:

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and sketches
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, hydraulic presses, and other assembly equipment
• Attention to detail for inspections and quality assurance
• Capable of setting up and operating hydraulic and hand presses
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Ability to utilize computer systems for work order and inventory management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with fluid power systems or manufacturing environments
• Operating overhead cranes
• Forklift operation (willingness to obtain certification required)
• Experience in washing, testing, and repairing filters is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in the fluid power industry is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Ability to perform disassembly of filters and maintain safety standards

Raise Schedule:

• Starting: $19.45
• 3 months: $20.35
• 6 months: $21.70
• 9 months: $21.90
• 12 months: $22.75
