The Position

• Location: Woodbury, MN (55104)
• Hours: One (1) Saturday per month 10-hour shift, Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday 10-hour overnight shifts
• Client specifics: 17 year old with trach, vent, and a g-tube.

• Location: Woodbury, MN (55125)
• Hours: Every other weekend shift, every other Saturday & Sunday 12-hour
• Client specifics: 20 year old with trach, vent, and g-tube.

• Location: Woodbury, MN (55129)
• Hours: 2 days weekly: Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday 10-hour shifts.
• Client specifics: 4 year old with a g-tube.

• Location: Woodbury, MN (55129)
• Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10-hour or 12-hour overnight shifts.
• Client specifics: 1 year old with vent, trach, and g-tube. Previous trach and vent experience preferred.

Up to a $4,000 sign on bonus for full time nights

Night & weekend bonus structure - you choose the shift. We add the boost.

• Weekday nights (MonFri): +$1/hour
• Weekend nights (SatSun): +$2/hour
• Weekend days (SatSun): +$1/hour

Salary Range

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
